The deposit to hold your puppy is $300. This deposit is non-refundable.

Final payment balance will be due at pickup.

I understand my puppy must be picked up on their scheduled pick-up date unless otherwise arranged.

I understand that if my puppy is not able to be picked up on their pick-up date, I may be charged an additional fee until they are picked up. These additional fees are to be coordinated and paid upfront.

I understand that my puppy will be delivered to me in good health after a health certification exam with a licensed veterinarian. It is my responsibility to follow up with a vet of my choosing within the first month of receiving my puppy.

I understand that puppies are more at risk for picking up parasites and viruses in their environment. I will take my puppy to my vet immediately if I notice any signs of the puppy being unwell.

I understand that size is not a guarantee but only an estimate from what the parents weigh and what past litters have produced.

I understand that I will not breed this puppy in the future. All puppies that will be purchased for breeding purposes will need to be pre-approved. I will make sure my puppy is spayed or neutered under the advice of my veterinarian.

I understand that there is a risk of my puppy developing IVDD in the future because it is common for the dachshund breed. I will do my best to educate myself on prevention and be prepared with funds or insurance to ensure I can treat them if it becomes an issue.

I understand that I will never take my puppy or dog to the shelter. If I am unable to care for them or find them an adequate home, I will return them to the breeder promptly. No refunds will be made for puppies.
